I was very happy with Jason after a larger firm had my case and did not take my case that seriously. The prior attorney was full of himself and told me I emailed too much. I guess I asked too many questions. He wanted me to settle for a fraction of what my case was worth. Jason was able to get a fair settlement for my auto accident (50 times the amount that the other attorney was trying to get me to settle for). He left no stone unturned and truly cares about his clients. You can tell he likes what he does.

Jason is a very energetic and exciting lawyer. He’s a better person of course. He lead me on two decisions, both which were exemplary. I enjoyed his guidance and expertise. Jason hasn’t yet come close to his potential. He is a great attorney and an equally great guy. I was blessed to know him and have him represent me. I wish him well in all of his endeavors. Jason is one of the best lawyers I have ever dealt with. My husband had a case a few years ago that several lawyers could not handle. We were not kept up to date with what was going on and the lawyers we had were not responding to our calls. We kept reaching out to them but no reply. So we fired our lawyer and Jason took the case. Positive: Professionalism Jason Kobal took care of my case personally I was hit by a school bus and Jason was very prompt to get in touch with me and my family to represent us against the Hillsborough County school board and did a phenomenal job keeping in contact with us as well as the other side to make sure we were informed and that we didn't settle for anything less than what we deserved. He also continued to follow up after the case was finished to make sure everything was going smoothly until I made a 100% full recovery.
